Sprout Social is looking to hire a Product Marketing Strategist to the Marketing team who will help us stay ahead of our competitors and stand out with industry analysts.

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:
Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.
Meet your stakeholders across R&D, Product Marketing, Sales and CS.
Get to know our competitor set and our current intelligence sources and materials.
Review our analyst relationships, upcoming report cycles and past evaluations.
Start product onboarding, become familiar with our suite of products.
Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:
Publish your first competitive intelligence reports on a regular schedule.
Deliver your first rapid-response analysis of a competitor release.
Support your first live competitive deal alongside a Sales rep.
Join analyst briefings and take ownership of scheduling and preparation.
Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:
Run the competitive intelligence program end to end, from monitoring to reporting.
Refresh battle cards and competitive materials for our key competitor set.
Manage an analyst evaluation submission with support from your manager.
Partner with the GTM Systems and Applied AI team to build your first AI-powered intelligence workflow.
Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:
Be the recognized expert on our competitors inside Sprout Social.
Influence product and go-to-market decisions with your intelligence work.
Own our analyst relations calendar and strengthen our position in major reports.
Systemize competitive intelligence across the company, so every team works from the same current information.

Sprout maintains a remote workforce in many places in the United States. Our salary ranges reflect the expected earning potential for this role. Individual pay is based on geographic zone, relevant experience, and skills.
Our current hiring range for this role: $94,400.00 – $118,000.00 annually. Offers are made within this range, with opportunities to grow within the broader band based on performance and impact.
We share both our current hiring range and our broader geographic salary bands to provide transparency into our compensation philosophy. This ensures you understand not only your starting potential but also the long-term growth potential available as you progress in your role.
We have two geographic pay zones in the United States:
These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit). Employees are able to enroll in Sprout’s company’s 401k plan, in which Sprout will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.
