Position Overview
The eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager, South Korea will own the strategy and execution of high-impact performance marketing initiatives that accelerate Stanley 1913’s growth in Korea. This role will lead data-driven paid media and online marketplace campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, improve conversion, and deliver measurable commercial results.
With a focus on driving qualified traffic, conversion, ROAS, and revenue impact, this role will manage paid media strategy, budget pacing, optimization, reporting, and testing across Korea’s key digital and commerce channels. Partnering closely with sales, brand marketing, merchandising, finance, and agency partners, this role will translate market, consumer, and performance insights into scalable growth plans that support business goals and improve ROAS.
