We are looking for a new
Training Supervisor to join our growing
Fulfillment Center network.
This individual will report into our Assistant General Manager and is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing employee training programs across the fulfillment center. This role identifies skill gaps, develops engaging curricula, participates in new hire orientation and onboarding, and reinforces workplace safety standards to maximize productivity and promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
