Key Responsibilities
Instructional Content Development: Assist in designing, developing, and updating interactive training materials, e-learning modules, digital learning assets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational and corporate teams.
Data & Learning Analytics: Collect, analyse, interpret, and present operational and learning data to support decision-making, evaluate training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, Health & Safety, and HR to gather training requirements and build targeted learning solutions.
Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate learning metrics, training insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Process Documentation: Support the development, review, and maintenance of SOPs, quick-reference guides, and process documentation across business units.
Performance Improvement & Needs Analysis: Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying learning opportunities, skill gaps, and corrective training actions.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes of performance/skill gaps, proposing practical instructional solutions, and supporting implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications & Education:
N6 in Human Resource Management, Adult Education, or a related field(completed)
No prior work experience required — this is an entry-level internship

Computer Literacy:
Utilization of computers and digital platforms.
Communication:
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple instructional/training projects simultaneously.
Analytical Skills:
Capability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
Educational & Socioeconomic Understanding:
Familiarity with adult learning theories, workplace learning principles, and socioeconomic/public policy factors affecting education and workforce development.

This is an 18-month contract
