Junior Payroll Officer to join our team in Cape Town.

The position reports to the Payroll Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

Data Processing
: Capture new hires, banking details, salary changes, and terminations into the payroll systems within agreed SLA deadlines. Processing of Termination documentation as required.
Time & Attendance
: Verify employee overtime, and track annual, sick, or family responsibility leave etc
Statutory Calculations
: Assist with calculations for statutory deductions and filings like UIF and PAYE.
