IT Support Specialist at The Pharmacy Hub | LAYIQ

Required
2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or a similar IT role
Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Knowledge of common business applications
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic network connectivity
Experience setting up user accounts, computers, and other IT equipment
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote-support tools
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, and network troubleshooting
Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently
Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
3+ years of experience in IT
Experience with Google Workspace
Okta experience
Experience with cloud-based applications
Experience with remote-support platforms (e.g., NinjaOne)

Work Environment
This is a 100% on-site role split across
The Pharmacy Hub's Davie and Miami Gardens, Florida locations, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. The pace is driven by day-to-day support ticket volume, onboarding and offboarding timelines, and the operational needs of a fast-paced pharmaceutical fulfillment environment. This role works closely with the IT team and with employees across the company, and may require travel between the two office locations. Candidate should be open scheduled.

Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
Extended periods of computer use for ticket resolution, remote support, and documentation
Close visual acuity required for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Clear verbal and written communication required across in-person and written formats with technical and nontechnical employees
Role requires on-site presence at both the Davie and Miami Gardens locations; ability to travel between locations as needed
