Compensation
Salary and Benefits:
First-year OTE are expected to be
€62,000
. This is in line with a €52,000 base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus accessible after your first month.
1-Year Mark:
Automatic
5% increase to your base salary on your anniversary.
~18-Month Mark:
Eligibility for promotion to Senior Associate
, bringing an additional
10% increase to your base salary.
