As the new Change Manager you'll be managing a number of workstreams — some yours to run directly, others run by other people you'll coordinate — and it's on you to keep them all moving, flag the risks early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Working on our strategic growth pillars of Sales and Automation, you'll liaise with stakeholders between legal, product, marketing, finance and beyond.
You won't be processing requests or ticking boxes; you'll be the person who spots the problem three steps before anyone else does, and gets the right people in a room to fix it.
