About The Role
We are looking for a visionary Creative Lead to steer our brand's visual identity, narrative voice, and creative direction. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and compelling storytelling, turning big ideas into iconic campaigns across digital, video, print, and experiential mediums.
As the Creative Lead, you will direct a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators, elevating the craft while ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our audience.
What You’ll Do
- Set the Creative Vision: Define, evolve, and safeguard the brand's visual and thematic identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead & Direct: Pitch, conceptualize, and oversee high-impact creative campaigns from original brief to final execution.
- Manage & Mentor: Guide a talented team of copywriters, graphic designers, and multimedia producers, giving sharp creative direction and inspiring their best work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to align creative output with core business objectives and target KPIs.
- Hands-on Craft: Jump into execution when needed—whether crafting key campaign visuals, directing video shoots, or sharpening brand copy.
- Trend & Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromising standard for quality while keeping a pulse on cultural trends, design shifts, and emerging tech.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of creative agency or in-house brand experience, with 2+ years leading creative teams or complex campaigns.
- Dynamic Portfolio: A robust showcase of multi-channel campaigns that demonstrate strong design fundamentals, story arcs, and conceptual thinking.
- Mastery of Tools: Expertise in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects) and collaborative design software (Figma).
- Strategic Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract business goals and audience insights into intuitive, emotionally resonant creative concepts.
- Exceptional Communication: Articulate presenter who can pitch ideas convincingly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
