IT System Administrator in Wilsonville, OR
Job Summary
The IT System Administrator oversees, maintains, and secures the organization's hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing SaaS applications, on-premises data centers, and enterprise network environments. This role acts as a Tier 2/3 escalation point, balancing hands-on end-user support with high-level infrastructure design, automated provisioning, disaster recovery, and security compliance to protect a global, hybrid workforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide system administration ownership for a variety of third party applications and SaaS Solutions such as: Atlassian, Google Workspace, MS365, Slack, Zoom, and others.
- Administer Windows Server Environment technologies including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Network Policy, and Certificate Authorities.
