About the Role
Supporting day-to-day aspects of planning, cleaning errors, booking, shipping, and tracking shipments. Managing carrier relationships through constant communication to obtain load status and proactively monitor shipments through pick-up, transit, delivery, and empty return to ensure on-time performance. Maintaining the TMS updated with the correct load status (loaded, pick-up, documents retrieved, border crossed, delivery) and planning all loads in a timely manner.
