The Job in short
As a Product Manager at Backbase, you take ownership of the entire life-cycle of certain features and components; from Discovery to Design and Development, all the way through to Launch. Your key focus is on defining and communicating product strategies, roadmaps and plans, working closely with customers and the field to identify and validate development opportunities, before collaborating with technical colleagues to deliver new capabilities that optimize value for Backbase and its customers.

What you’ll be doing:
- ●Create and communicate a clear strategy for developing your product, always informed by customer and market data and insight; ● Translate and communicate your product strategy into clear goals for your squad; ● Define your short and long term product roadmap; ● Work with your squad and delivery colleagues to plan, refine, and prioritize deliverables; ● Proactively manage stakeholder expectations around product delivery, progress and action plans; ● Proactively use data to monitor product performance and inform improvement plans; ● Gather and understand the finer details of stakeholder requirements
