Our Catering Operations Site Leads are natural team players who guide Zerocater’s On-Site Specialists with the goal of maximizing the team’s performance and facilitating excellent client experiences. While ensuring that every meal goes off without a hitch, you’ll get the benefit of building relationships with clients, many of which are exciting tech startups like Zerocater. You are a subject matter expert and enthusiastic spokesperson for Zerocater because you agree that the best ideas happen over food.

What you will do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients; answering any questions or issues they may have
- Conduct pre-shift preparation tasks and delegate shift responsibilities to appropriate team members
- Ensure Zerocater standards are being exceeded with every meal served
