Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Capital Markets and Treasury leader to drive the strategy, execution, and expansion of the firm’s capital structure . This role will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing institutional capital, while overseeing treasury operations to ensure optimal liquidity, funding efficiency, and risk management.
Reporting to the CFO and coordinating closely with the CEO and General Counsel, this leader will own the buildout of the firm’s capital markets function from current state to programmatic securitizer, including launch of an inaugural securitization, development and ramp of whole-loan sale and/or participation programs, and evolution of the capital stack to support the firm’s full-lifecycle lending vision.
