Our BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is interested in Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPN ) who have a passion for adult client care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent on boarding and training experience from Day 1.
On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want.
During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag!
