About You:
As a Delfina Enrollment Specialist, you will be the face of our program within our partner OB/GYN practices in specified geographies within the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. You’ll meet expectant mothers in the waiting room or during their visit to educate them about Delfina’s program, answer questions, and guide them through a simple digital enrollment process. This is a highly patient-facing role that combines compassion, communication, and attention to detail.
You’ll work closely with clinic staff and Delfina’s implementation team to ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers.
