The mission of Democracy Prep Public Schools is to educate responsible citizen scholars for success in a college of their choice and a life of active citizenship. Core to achieving this mission is the aspect of parent choice. Our Student Recruitment Manager designs and executes the student recruitment tactics and community outreach work needed to fill seats for the ten schools in the Democracy Prep network.
With a strong understanding of the communities where Democracy Prep operates, the Student Recruitment Manager implements efforts to find families to apply to, and register in, our schools.
