Job Summary
As a Designer in our Indianapolis Office, you will work one-on-one with our home buyers in selecting their new home finishes. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding the customer through their design center appointment and informing them on the materials that will be in their home. The most rewarding aspect of this role is playing an integral role in the vision customers have for their home.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have an outgoing personality and are comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
- Are typically upbeat and optimistic and can be flexible to our customers’ needs.
- Have patience and take a customer-centered approach to your work.
- Research products and changing design trends to remain up to date and knowledgeable about our product offerings.
- Can refocus individuals back to the task at hand to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the appointment.
- These skills will be used to: Assist customers at selection and sign off through the sale-to-start process by providing excellent customer satisfaction.
