Advanced Practitioner - Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Advanced Practitioner for its client's Safeguarding Team at Bolton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children's Social Worker looking to take on a leadership role within frontline safeguarding services while continuing to make a significant impact on outcomes for children and families.

What will your responsibilities be?

Support and mentor Social Workers within the Safeguarding Team.

Provide guidance on complex child protection and court cases.

Promote high-quality practice and ensure statutory requirements are met.

Assist Team Managers with performance, quality assurance, and practice development.

Lead on complex assessments, risk management, and intervention planning.

Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England Registration.
• Qualified Social Worker status.
• Significant experience within Children's Safeguarding Services.
• Strong knowledge of Child Protection, Care Proceedings, and relevant legislation.
• Experience supporting practitioners and developing best practice.
