Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's

Social Worker to join its client’s Adult Safeguarding team, based in Gloucestershire.

What will your responsibilities be?

Complete complex MCA assessments and apply adult‑care legislation to young adults aged 16–25 transitioning within the 0–25 Disabilities Service.

Undertake DoLS and BIA‑related work, including preparing documentation for authorisations and ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.

Develop and review adult‑focused support plans that promote independence, safeguard wellbeing and ensure smooth transition into adult services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have; Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
