Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Social Care Team at Oxfordshire.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Locum Occupational Therapist to support Oxford City residents through a focused, short‑term project aimed at reducing the service waiting list. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys community‑based assessments and wants to make an immediate impact through a targeted piece of work.

What will your responsibilities be?

Complete community-based functional assessments with residents across Oxford City.

Deliver a focused caseload to support waiting list reduction.

Recommend appropriate equipment, adaptations, and interventions based on assessed needs.

Maintain concise, accurate documentation.

Work collaboratively with the wider Adult Social Care team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to travel within Oxford for home visits and assessments.
• Confident working independently and managing a focused caseload.
• Experience in community or local authority OT (desirable but not essential).
