Occupational Therapist - OT & Sensory Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client’s OT & Sensory Service within Adults, Health & Integration at Hackney.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex needs. In this role, you will help individuals maximise their independence, enhance their wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes through person-centred occupational therapy interventions.

What will your responsibilities be?

Complete occupational therapy assessments for adults with physical and sensory needs.

Develop person-centred support plans to promote independence.

Assess for and recommend specialist equipment, adaptations, and moving and handling solutions.

Work closely with health professionals, social workers, and partner agencies.

Manage a varied caseload while maintaining accurate and timely records.

Ensure practice complies with HCPC standards and relevant legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience within Adult Social Care and/or a Local Authority setting.
• Knowledge of equipment provision, adaptations, and sensory services is desirable.
• Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills.
