What will your responsibilities be?

You will be joining established Adult Social Care teams, working with manageable caseloads and supported by experienced management. These roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility and work life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, Qualified Social Worker with Social Care Wales registration
• Experience within Adult Services
• Strong assessment and case management skills
