Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Adult Learning Disability Team in Manchester.
What will your responsibilities be?
Complete Care Act assessments and reviews for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring support plans promote independence, choice, and control.
Work collaboratively with health professionals, providers, and families to coordinate person‑centred support and manage complex needs.
Safeguard adults at risk, carrying out risk assessments and contributing to multi‑agency planning to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Experience:
- To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
