Social Worker - Family help team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Family help team at Birmingham.

What will your responsibilities be?

The role is for a family help team predominantly dealing with S17s and CIN work.

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies.

Engaging with external agencies and stakeholders to promote best practices in child welfare.

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
