About the role
Our Children’s Social Workers use person‑centred approaches to ensure children, young people and families have choice, voice and control over their support. We are passionate about making a real difference, maintaining high professional standards and embracing continuous learning in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.

About you
You will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England,
- Experience in safeguarding or frontline teams
- Confident in building relationships, curious in your practice and motivated to improve outcomes for children and families.
- You must be able to work flexibly across locations and travel independently throughout the county.
