Social Worker - Locality Team

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker for our client to join the Locality Team at Wirral Council.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-established team, working with children and families to deliver positive outcomes. You will manage a varied caseload, undertake assessments, complete statutory visits, and work closely with partner agencies to safeguard and support children.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage a caseload of children and families within the Locality Team.

Complete Child and Family Assessments.

Undertake Child in Need and Child Protection work.

Carry out statutory visits and reviews.

Work in partnership with schools, health professionals, and other agencies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have; Social Work England registration.
• Qualified Social Worker status.
• Previous experience within Children's Services.
• Strong assessment and safeguarding experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
