Social Worker - Older People’s Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Older People’s Team in Bath and North East Somerset. This is a busy and supportive team offering a positive working environment.

In this role, you will carry a varied caseload, complete Care Act assessments, develop support plans, undertake safeguarding work, and support hospital discharges.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Social Worker with adults or older people experience
• Strong Care Act, MCA and safeguarding knowledge
• Experience in hospital or multi-disciplinary settings
• Confident managing complex cases and working with partners

Bonus if you have:

CHC knowledge, BIA or AMHP, hospital discharge or D2A experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successful in this role you must have, Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
