Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Punch Technician to join our maintenance team and prepare our vacant units for incoming residents. The Punch Technician is responsible for painting, cleaning, and performing basic repairs after move-out so that each unit is move-in ready, and for escalating larger repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor so additional internal work or contractor scheduling can be coordinated.
