Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Virginia
Position Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a thoughtful, steady approach to behavioral health care and understands that each client’s circumstances extend beyond a diagnosis. This position is suited to someone who values professional relationships, clear clinical standards, and practical support that reflects the realities of a client’s daily life. You’ll be part of a team that prioritizes respectful care, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete clinical and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Provide counseling, guidance, and ongoing clinical support
- Help clients and families access appropriate services, resources, and community support
- Monitor client progress and respond to changes in care needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain knowledge of current clinical practices, professional standards, and developments in behavioral health
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Current LCSW license in Virginia.
- Skilled in conducting clinical assessments and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
