Job Summary

This remote therapy position is designed for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to focus on client care in a professional, organized telehealth setting. The LCSW will provide therapy to clients across Kentucky, helping them address mental health concerns, life stress, trauma history, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled teletherapy sessions with clients in Kentucky
• Complete intake appointments and determine clinical needs
• Review client symptoms, history, support systems, and current challenges
• Write treatment plans with clear goals and appropriate interventions
• Support clients with coping strategies, problem-solving, and symptom management
• Document sessions, updates, risk concerns, and treatment progress
• Keep client care organized from intake through ongoing treatment

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
• Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
