Salary: $65,000 per year + KPI
Build. Lead. Grow. Launch Miami with Whizz.
Whizz is expanding to Miami, and we're looking for an experienced, bilingual Store Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new location.
This is more than a traditional Store Manager role. You'll have the opportunity to build a new operation from the ground up, develop a large, high-performing team, drive business results, and shape the way Whizz operates in a new market.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to manage people at scale, understands KPIs, and can balance sales, operations, inventory, customer experience, and team performance.

Launch & Business Growth
Build strong operational foundations and processes that support long-term growth.
Drive revenue, improve efficiency, strengthen customer retention, and continuously raise store performance.
Work closely with leadership to turn business objectives into clear store-level actions.
