Events & Experiences Manager

Drive Southeast Asia’s premier creator experiences as an Events & Experiences Manager for AnyMind Group’s Regional Creator Growth team. Covering Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand, you will design and execute 20–30 high-impact events annually, ranging from flagship summits and exclusive brand activations to pop-ups and casual meetups. You will lead experience design, oversee end-to-end event production, negotiate vendor P&L margins, and craft unforgettable, money-can’t-buy moments that inspire and connect the regional creator community.

What You'll Do

• Experience & Format Design: Own and scale a regional event format library (summits, pop-ups, brand activations) across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand, adapting creative concepts to fit local creator cultures seamlessly.
• Production & Vendor Management: Build and negotiate a trusted vendor bench (venues, F&B, AV, 3D builds) in key markets, managing the reusable build kit and end-to-end event compliance.
• P&L & Margin Ownership: Construct accurate event budgets from true cost bases, manage gross margins, enforce cost recording at booking, and defend floor profitability across all programmes.
• Brand-Attached Experiences: Partner with Brand Solutions to design brand-funded creator initiatives, upskilling workshops, and co-branded activations that drive long-term community value.
• End-to-End On-Site Execution: Orchestrate run-of-show operations for multi-day, destination-style events and local gatherings, maintaining duty of care and high production standards.
• Who You Are
• Proven Event Producer: 5+ years of end-to-end experience in event production, brand experiences, or creator/influencer programmes—including recurring multi-day or regional series.
• Financial & Budget Acumen: Demonstrated track record of owning event budgets, vendor negotiations, and delivered profit margins.
• Regional & Platform Experience: Ability to manage multi-country events across Southeast Asia and adapt formats for diverse social platforms and brand objectives.
• Strong Communicator: Professional English fluency required; proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
• Flexibility & Travel Readiness: Willing to travel regularly across Southeast Asia (approx. 1 week/month) and work flexible event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Nice to Have: Direct experience with global platform creator programmes, background in music/fashion/hospitality production, or existing vendor networks in Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, or Bangkok.
