Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with strong experience in equipment and adaptations?
Islington Council is looking for 2 Occupational Therapists to join its growing service, supporting residents to maintain independence, improve wellbeing and access the right interventions at the right time.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative Health and Care environment, using your specialist OT skills to provide practical, person-centred solutions that make a genuine difference to residents' everyday lives.
What will your responsibilities be?
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Complete comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
Assess residents' functional needs and identify appropriate equipment and adaptations.
Recommend practical solutions to promote independence, safety and wellbeing.
Apply a strengths-based, person-centred approach to assessment and care planning.
