Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Occupational Therapist for its client's Integrated Health and Care Front Door service at Islington.
A fast-paced, innovative team focused on providing timely, coordinated and holistic support to residents.
This is an opportunity to put Occupational Therapy at the heart of early intervention and prevention, helping residents maintain independence, improve wellbeing and access the right support at the right time.
Working Pattern:
3 days office-based / 2 days remote
What will your responsibilities be?
Champion an Occupational Therapy perspective within the Integrated Health & Care Front Door service.
Promote best practice, innovation and continuous professional development.
Deliver strengths-based and person-centred assessments and interventions.
Identify residents who could benefit from early intervention and preventative support.
Complete OT assessments and interventions in line with the Care Act 2014.
