Summary
The individual in this role plays a crucial part in the company’s financial health and success, supporting the goals and objectives of the Company and Finance department. They assist with all financial activities, ensuring compliance and providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- · Assist with all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Government Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- · Payroll Management: Supervise and manage the global payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation. Oversee payroll compliance, including tax filings and reporting for all jurisdictions.
- · Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead the preparation and oversight of all financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Ensure timely monthly close processes, and drive the preparation for and implementation of necessary processes for financial reporting.
