The SPLC is seeking a State Community Organizer, Georgia State Office (East Georgia) who is passionate about social justice!
The State Community Organizer builds and maintains relationships with community members, leaders, and partners. Identifies opportunities for community involvement and ways to support the Center's mission. They also engage allies in campaigns and advocacy efforts on a local and state level.
This position will work from CSRA Region of Georgia 100% of the time, which includes but not limited to the following counties: Burke, Columbia, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Lincoln, McDuffie, Augusta-Richmond, Taliaferro, Warren, Washington Wilkes.

Demonstrated experience organizing communities, building grassroots networks, and cultivating strong partnerships with community leaders and organizations.
