Full-Time Flex Shopper & Delivery Driver | Buncha

This role requires working between two store locations during your shift based on demand.
What Makes This Role Different
You may work at one or both of two stores in the same shift
You’ll earn higher pay than standard shopper/driver roles for this flexibility
Pay & Benefits
- Average $24/hr ($16/hr base + tips + performance bonus)
- Company-provided refrigerated delivery van

What You’ll Do
- Shop, stage, and deliver grocery orders using the Buncha app
- Support operations at: Meijer Belleville
- Meijer Lincoln Park
- Follow daily assignments from dispatch and shift leads
- Move between locations during your shift as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working across multiple store locations
- Reliable and adaptable to changing needs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, active role
Requirements
- 21+ with valid U.S. driver’s license and clean record
- Smartphone (Android 5.0+ or iOS 15+)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout shift
- Must pass background check
- Reliable transportation to travel between store locations
