The Assistant Project Manager is required to manage, direct, coordinate, and budget, in coordination and at the direction of the project manager and other division personnel, all activities concerned with the Company’s division, including overseeing all project start-up, organization, scheduling, and performance.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation of project start-up documents
- Reviewing project documents
- Creating purchase orders, ordering, and scheduling for material/subs
- Creating and tracking submittal packages through an approval
- Tracking daily reports (safety, labor, material usage, general contractor reports)
- Inventory counts/weekly material transfers
- Reconciliation of Credit cards
- Take-offs for change orders/projects
- Jobsite walks before mobilizations as needed
- Tracking training/safety records
- Creation of project close-out documents
- Inputting data (labor tracker, bag count, etc.)
