We're now bringing Mason's Meats to the U.S. and establishing our production operation in Austin, Texas. Our Austin team will play a hands-on role in shaping the systems, standards, and culture that will support the business as it grows. We're looking for people who take pride in doing things properly and enjoy working as part of a small team.
The Role
As the Food Safety & Quality Manager / HACCP Coordinator, you'll own the food safety and quality systems for our Austin beef jerky operation.
