As a site reliability engineer intern at Gallup, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to strengthen the performance and reliability of the systems behind Gallup’s global platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience with observability, automation and incident response while contributing to real projects and building skills you can carry into your technology career.

What You’ll Do

During your internship, you will: Help build and improve observability using tools like Dynatrace and PagerDuty to monitor applications running on AWS
Create dashboards, alerts and metrics that give engineering teams real-time insight into application performance and system reliability
Support automated alerting workflows that integrate directly with Slack
Shadow and support incident response to learn how Gallup detects, resolves and prevents issues before they affect customers
Write scripts and automation that reduce repetitive operational work
