Key account manager

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored account strategies and solutions.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports on progress and challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
