Key Account Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team and foster strong relationships with key clients. This role is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our company's reputation through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for growth and up-selling within existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to drive product development and innovation.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and account metrics.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
