The Regional Director of Planning and Controls is a high-level strategic leader responsible for the oversight, standardization, and execution of project planning and control functions across the region. Acting as the bridge between executive leadership and field execution, this role ensures that all projects adhere to Loenbro process standards from inception to closeout.
By driving accountability through job audits and data quality checks, the Director ensures financial predictability, operational efficiency, and a highly trained project and field management workforce.
