We’re hiring a Director of Resident and Family Services/Family Ambassador
– a compassionate and knowledgeable leader who supports residents and families through the emotional and psychosocial aspects of aging and dementia while also contributing to community census development.

This dual role assists residents and families in understanding and coping with psychosocial issues related to aging and dementia, supports care transitions, promotes quality of life, and serves as a liaison among residents, families, associates, physicians, and community resources. The position also develops and maintains sales, marketing, referral, and public relations activities designed to promote Silverado's programs and services and achieve established census goals in partnership with other community leaders.
