We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist & Scheduling Coordinator to join our New Rochelle office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In this position, you will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments for our arborists, maintain accurate calendars, and ensure customer information is properly documented in our database.

Working closely with our arborists and office team, you will help ensure every client inquiry receives prompt attention and every appointment is scheduled efficiently and accurately.
