J. Blanton Plumbing is experiencing rapid growth and is actively expanding our Sewer Sales Division. As part of this expansion, we are looking to connect with Sewer Sales Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment.
Position Overview
The In-home Sales Consultant is a high-ticket, in-home consultative sales position designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident managing the full sales process from the initial customer appointment through close.
The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, handling objections, creating urgency, and confidently closing the sale.
No prior plumbing or sewer sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to teach the technical aspects of sewer systems and prepare successful sales professionals to transition into the role.
