Blue Sky Innovators is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA responsible for applying mathematical modeling to support and enhance analysis of operational problems and airpower concepts to better inform Air Force senior leaders.
The Operations Research Analyst will leverage accredited modeling and simulation (M&S) tools to provide quantitative analysis of USAF operational problems and emergent airpower concepts at the appropriate classification level. This individual will serve as the M&S SME and recommend appropriate systems, programs, and methods to address division objectives as well as highlight the capabilities and limitations of proposed M&S methodologies.
Additionally, the analyst will design, conduct, and evaluate experimental operational models in cases where models cannot be developed from existing data.
