From Everlaw's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
You will design, launch, and evolve Everlaw's partner programs to turn partner relationships into predictable, productive routes to market. As the primary externally facing leader for our partner ecosystem, you will shape the overall partner experience, establish clear tiers and engagement models, own the partner portal, and coordinate cross-functional enablement and governance as our ecosystem grows.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
You have 6+ years of experience in partner programs, channel programs, alliances, customer marketing, partner marketing, enablement, or business development.
You've designed, launched, or operated scalable programs for external partners, sellers, or distributed stakeholder networks.
You have experience building or managing partner portals, resource hubs, PRM platforms, or partner community destinations.
You bring a strong track record of managing complex cross-functional programs, establishing clear frameworks, and executing change without relying on direct authority.
You use adoption signals, feedback loops, and business results to continuously refine policies, processes, and partner engagement rules.
You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
Bonus points
Experience with SaaS channel, reseller, service-provider, MSP, SI, GSI, or alliance programs.
Experience with deal registration, partner tiers, certification, or incentive programs in enterprise SaaS, legal technology, cybersecurity, or compliance.
Experience bringing AI-enabled products or new go-to-market programs to external partner networks.
Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team. We often revisit candidates who may have applied for a different role if something comes up that's a better fit.
The Business Development team builds and grows the network of partners who extend Everlaw's reach into the market. By identifying, recruiting, and supporting partners across the ecosystem, the team creates relationships that open new paths to customers and reinforce Everlaw's position in the industry. This work turns strong partnerships into a durable channel for growth, helping more organizations discover Everlaw through partners they already trust.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $175,000 - $222,000. Final salary depends on factors including the candidate's experience and skills, and the base pay range is subject to change. This role is also eligible for equity and the benefits below.
When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence — emails, documents, chats, files — to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
We're the kind of place that's ranked #1 on G2 in our category and named a Great Place to Work™ by our own team. So if you want a front row seat to an industry in transformation, career-defining work you'll be proud to tell people about, and real upside at a company in control of its own destiny, we'd love to get to know you.
