From infront's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
At Infront, we help major banks and independent wealth and asset managers make faster, smarter, compliant investment decisions. For decades, we have been at the heart of Europe’s financial services infrastructure, providing financial data and investment tools, from intelligent data feeds to wealth management platforms and trading solutions, and empowering over ninety thousand professionals to navigate complex markets with confidence.
We build technology, but our people power us. We foster an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives drive innovation and results, guided by our shared values of engagement, communication and recognition. Together, we collaborate, commit to innovation and shape the future of our industry, building a culture of trust, transparency and enjoyment.
We're looking for our very first Total Rewards and People Analytics, a genuine ground-floor opportunity to shape how we reward and support our people, from scratch.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a fully built-out framework or an existing playbook. You'll be the architect: designing our pay structures, benchmarking strategy, benefits offering, and total rewards philosophy from the ground up, and setting the standards that will guide how we compensate people for years to come.
If you're energized by ambiguity rather than intimidated by it, if you love the idea of walking into a blank canvas and building something that didn't exist before, this role is built for you. You'll have real influence, direct visibility with leadership, and the rare chance to leave your fingerprint on a brand-new function within the company.

People Analytics & HR KPIs
Turn compensation data into meaningful business insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports around key HR and workforce KPIs.
Analyse metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation, salary increases, workforce trends and other people indicators.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate them into clear recommendations.
Improve the quality, structure and accessibility of people data.
Build new reporting and analytical solutions as our organisation and data needs evolve.
Who you are
Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, People Analytics, HR Analytics or a closely related HR role.
Experience working with compensation and rewards processes.
Comfortable working with HR KPIs, people data and analytics.
Experience with HRIS, BI, dashboarding, benchmarking and people analytics tools.
Exposure working with different countries, markets or employee populations.
Experience partnering with HR stakeholders or business leaders is highly desirable.
